time of your query, please allow a realistic timeframe for them to get back in touch with

We work on an appointments-only basis and its recommended you rebook when leaving
the studio
On time, there is no waiting room at the studio, if the therapist is running late, they will text
you when they are is likely to be ready.
Please ring the doorbell to make the therapist aware you are waiting outside.
Please bring a brolly in fair weather as we cannot guarantee access early.
Unfortunately, if you are late for your appointment your treatment may need to be cut short
and you will still be charged for the full treatment. We recommend leaving your destination
slightly earlier than anticipated as traffic and parking in Marlow can be a little congested at
times.
Please try and text the studio to let us know if you are running late so suitable arrangements can be made.
New clients will require a patch test 24 hours before any tinting can be carried out, Regular clients will also need to patch text if they haven’t had the treatment in the last 6 months. Please note some treatments may require a consultation or further information before the treatment can be carried out e.g, electrolysis, advanced electrolysis and CACI.
If your currently being treated for cancer, we can treat you with a letter or email from your
oncologist prior to treatment. Due to insurance regulations, we also require a letter from
your medical practitioner.
Any medical conditions, injuries, skin complaints or infections, please discuss with the
therapist to for fill your treatment options.
For health and safety reasons children and babies are not permitted in the room and children under the age of 16 need to be accompanied by an adult or guardian.
Full payment is required on the day of treatment by cash as well as all major credit/debit cards or bank transfer Discounted courses are paid for in full in advance and are non-refundable, however should you be compromised and cannot have the treatment the remaining amount is transferable to other treatments.
We appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice but preferably 48 hours. This
allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
Cancellations on the day will be charged in full if they cannot be filled. We thank you for
your cooperation and continued support for small local independents on the high street.
Due to the high demand of advanced booking requirements, there is a 24-hour cancelation policy, if your appointment is part of a course of treatments, that treatment will be deducted from the total amount of the remaining course. Missing appointments can affect your overall results or additional treatments may need to be purchased to fore fill desired results. A full charge may be incurred if cancelled within 12 hours’ notice if we are unable to fill the appointment.
No deposit is required, most clients are regulars and have a mutual understanding how
important and vital it is supporting small local independents on the high street by regularly
turning up for appointments or cancelling appointments within the required time frame
allowing “no shows” that create the problem of requiring a deposit.
We ask all our clients to fill out a confidential consultation form and ask for these to be filled
out as honestly as possible as some treatments and products may not be suitable for certain
medical problems, it also means your covered on the studios Insurance should anything go
wrong as well as complying to GDPR rules that protect both the therapist and the client.
A contraindication is a factor which prevents the client from being suitable to have the
treatment done, this could be medical a condition. Contraindications can be permanent,
temporary or are area specific. While having some contraindications may mean you are not
suitable to have a certain treatment at all, others may be able to be worked around with a
medical practitioner certificate.
It is important to let us know in confidence if you are pregnant as there are certain
treatments and products not suitable throughout pregnancy.
However, we can offer lots of treatments and adapt treatments to suit you and your baby.
A certificate from medical practitioner such as your GP or midwife may be required for
some treatments and insurance purposes
Unopened products in original , undamaged packaging can be returned with 14 days for credit when accompanied with valid receipt. There will be no refunds or exchanges on opened products.
This is to make sure you don't have a reaction to certain products used. It is required by all
insurers that every salon carries out a test patch for all new clients as well as those who
have not visited the studio in the last 6 months form their previous visit or if the salon has
changed over to a different product.
Main treatments that require test patching at the studio are for eyebrow/ lash tinting.
Please allow 24 hours after the patch test has been carried out before having one of these
treatments.
No loyalty scheme at present. Due to the studio being a small local independent supporting
such a scheme may be detrimental to continuing trading on the high street.
A small number of vouchers are sold per month but only to and for pre-existing clients. These are virtual vouchers emailed to the” recipient” or to the” purchaser” who can then
print the voucher off at home to pop into a card should they wish.
If you’re an existing client and as a “one off “want to purchase a voucher for a friend or
family member that isn’t a regular client, please do email the studio to check appointment
availability to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of purchase and can be redeemed against any of the
services.
