Prior to booking your first treatment, we recommend visiting your salon to discuss the treatment and look you have in mind to ensure you the desired outcome. We will then be able to tailor the treatment to you, or suggest a better alternative. Also, prior to your first treatment we recommend you to visit us to complete a patch test to check for any sensitivity to the products used. This must be completed a minimum of 24-48 hours prior to your treatment.

No, our treatments are not painful, few experience light tingling – most clients actually find them quite relaxing. It’s an opportunity to lie back and close your eyes for up to 15 minutes.

A small amount of Vaseline is applied around the orbit of the eye, that acts as a barrier to prevent the tint from developing on the skin , paper eye guards as well for extra protection, the tint is applied and left to develop for several minutes then the product is wiped off with damp cotton pads.

Signs of an allergic reaction are redness, swelling, itching, burning and pain in the eye. If you think you are experiencing a reaction to to the treatment, we recommend notifying Signature Beauty Marlow immediately. If the reaction is significant, please get medical assistance from your local pharmacist or GP – do not wait. It is mandatory that prior to any treatment you follow the pre-treatment procedure and patch test provided by us to prevent the risk of an allergic reaction.

Yes, but you cannot get your lashes/ brows wet for the first 24h hours. However, to keep your lashes/brows looking their best we do recommend avoiding full submersion of the lashes/ brows in water (through activities such as swimming) for the first 48 hours.
